How does it work?

If you have been involved in an accident that wasn’t your fault, contact us immediately. We will send out a Recovery truck to collect the method of transport from the scene of the accident, directly into secure storage. We will then ask you to come in and give us an in depth understanding of where it happened, how it happened and when it happened.
From there we will file a claim with the driver who had caused the accident and go forward from there.
We aim to have cases finalised within 3 months, but this varies upon the complexities of each individual case, as no two cases are ever the same. 

What form of transport will I be given?
We aim to provide the client with a like for like vehicle. Be this a small hatchback, luxury or even a super car level vehicle. A vehicle is usually issued within 24 hours of the claim being brought to us. If the claim was submitted before noon, we aim to have the driver back on the road within the same day for minimal disturbance to their day. 

What if my car is a write off?

​The non fault vehicle will be taken into secure storage, a replacement vehicle will be issued and will be with the client until full payment for the vehicle has been received.

What if someone hits me and fails to leave their details?

If the responsible party is uninsured, in accidents involving an uninsured driver, the Motor Insurance Bureau advises that the accident should be reported to the police within 124 hours for claims involving personal injury. For claims involving damage to property, such as damage to your car, get in touch with us  immediately, so appropriate action can be taken. 

My car has a dent, can I get a replacement vehicle?

If you were involved in a collision, but the vehicle is still roadworthy, you may not be entitled to a replacement vehicle. However if the vehicle is in need of repair, you will be entitled to a replacement vehicle throughout the duration the vehicle is in the body shop.

What does the service cost me?

The client will not be billed. All charges will be claimed via the third party, ensuring the client is stress and hassle free.

Do I need to notify my insurer?

No, we will notify the insurer on your behalf. We will be in contact with you and with the insurer every step of the way.

Are there any restrictions on age to use your service?

As long as you are over the age of 18, Insured and hold a full UK license, there is nothing to stop you claiming. 

What information do I need to provide to Castle before my I am eligible for a replacement vehicle?

We urge clients to provide as much detail as possible. Don't worry if you miss out information, the team at Castle Accident Management will follow up and chase necessary information. 

Who will cover the insurance for my replacement vehicle?

We will normally provide insurance cover for you; however, in exceptional circumstances it may be necessary for you to insure the vehicle.

Does it matter where I live in the UK?

​No, we cover all of UK Mainland.

Do I have to do anything whilst the claim is running?

We only ask that the client be fully co-operative throughout the duration of the claim.  In this way, there will be minimal delay and a speedy process in getting you back on track.
